All orders are processed within 5 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay. The rate you see at checkout is the rate you are charged, with nothing added afterwards.
Delivery times
Domestic orders usually arrive within 7 to 15 business days from dispatch. International orders usually arrive within 10 to 25 business days from dispatch, depending on the destination and local customs processing. These windows are estimates, not guarantees, and delays outside our control can happen during peak periods and public holidays.
Split shipments
Larger orders are sometimes packed and sent in more than one parcel. If that happens you may receive separate tracking numbers and your parcels may arrive a few days apart. Nothing is missing, it is simply travelling separately.
Packaging
Every order ships in plain outer packaging with no product images and no description of the contents printed on the box. What is inside stays between you and the person you are about to inflict it on.
Restricted items
Some novelty items cannot be shipped to every country because of local import rules on aerosols, pressurised containers and similar goods. If an item in your order cannot legally be delivered to your address we will contact you, offer a replacement item, or refund that item in full.
Wrong or undeliverable addresses
Please check your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped once you cover the return postage, or refunded minus the original shipping cost.
